CH's success relies on views, and views rely on videos being viral -- the kind of thing people can relate to on a baseline level. More absurdist and character-based sketches don't succeed on the Internet (at least not in the "viral" sense), but that's why we have our Hardly Working series -- which is filled with that kind of comedy.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;That's actually something I love about what we do at CH -- we have the Originals, which are premise-based and relatable, which is one kind of comedy, but then we have Hardly Workings, which are absurdist and character-based. It feels like 90% of CH's videos rely on goofing on something popular, topical, or from early 90s childhood.
